The One-Stop Early Voting site is ONLY available for voting prior to Election Day. If you vote on Election Day, you will need to vote at your precinct. One-Stop Early Voting for the November Municipal Election will be held at the Richmond County Cooperative Extension office at 123 Caroline St., Rockingham.
One-Stop Early Voting for the Dobbins Heights October Municipal Election will be held at the Richmond County Board of Elections office at 221 S. Hancock St., Rockingham.
