Child Support
Child Support Services is pleased to announce the addition of a new feature to our site. Effective December 17, 2020, you will be able to upload documents via the parents portal on ncchildsupport.com. This is in addition to the current functionality to upload documents when applying for services. Document upload is a safe and secure way to quickly provide documents to your case manager without having to make a trip to the office. You must login to the portal with your NCID to upload your documents. If you have a question, feel free to call and speak with a customer service representative at 1-800-992-9457.

August 2020 Child Support Awareness Month
The Richmond County Department of Social Services (DSS) will be working to provide COVID-19 relief to those who owe child support as part of its observation of Child Support Awareness Month.
DSS’s child support professionals will help to negotiate a resolution with non-custodial parents that have arrest warrants out for delinquent child support payments to bring him or her into compliance with the court. DSS’s relief efforts are only for those in Richmond County and are available until Oct. 31. To see the full article in the Richmond County Daily Journal click on the link below.
